History – WW2 Soldier Allen Squire Fuller N162191

Allen Squire Fuller was born at Taree on 18 January 1924 to Squire Randolph Fuller and Elizabeth Longbottom.

Allen enlisted in the Australian Army on the 4 March 1942 at Lorne aged 18 stating his occupation as farm hand and listing his father Squire Randolph Fuller of Upper Lansdowne as his next of kin.

At the time of enlistment he was posted to 5th Infantry Training Battalion at Sydney. In April 1942 he was transferred to 16 Motor Regiment at Dubbo and in September 1942 he was transferred to 15 Employment Company. In May 1945 he was found guilty of being absent without leave.

At the time of discharge on 3 July 1946, he was posted to 15 Employment Company.

Allan married Heather Eileen Riley in 1953 at Richmond and died on 16 August 1991 at Windsor.
