Lisa and David will be running ‘a make your own pizza’ night at the Upper Lansdowne Hall on Sunday 12th to experiment with and demonstrate the use of the Hall’s wood fired pizza oven and tools to encourage, we hope, more of us to make use of this fabulous facility.
We plan to light the fire in the oven at 3pm (boring – you don’t need to be there!) and plan to start making pizzas at 5pm.
We will provide the fuel and the hall will provide its stock of oven tools for everyone to try out including preparation tables etc.
You will need to bring your own ingredients – pizza dough and toppings. We’ve found that kids like to create their own! We can send you the basic dough recipe we use and some suggestions for toppings if you’d like but bring whatever you’d like to try! Also bring whatever you’d like to drink, chairs etc.
