Jeff Lang – Friday 26 May 7pm – “Australia’s best roots-music musician”

Melbourne guitar wizard and superlative songsmith Jeff Lang spent much of 2021 bravely persevering with 39 date national tour to promote the publication of his first book “Some Memories Never Die”. His last visit to regional NSW was the near the beginning of that tour early in 2021, when shows were still possible before the advent of the pandemic.

Never one to stand still – even in the face of some of the longest lockdowns in the world -Jeff devised a new project at home with his partner Alison Ferrier. That project, High Ace, released their debut album in 2022 and Jeff also has a brand new album of instrumental 12 string guitar music to introduce to his fans.
Jeff is currently in the throes of recording another extraordinary major release slated for launch later in 2023.

These NSW shows will display Jeff’s fire for a return to the stage, where the alchemy happens in presence of friends, and he will be cherry picking gems from across his 30+ year career – every night a new set, a new adventure and a new opportunity to carry the songs into unexpected places.
